My name is Wayne Noble, I am fully qualified Driving instructor based in Gainsborough with over 24 years experience. I achieved my first top grade 6 status given by the D.S.A back in 1994 (only around 6% of all instructors ever hold top grade 6 status!). I had a check test at Lincoln MPTC in November 2008 (all instructors have to take them every 1-4 years) where I achieved my fourth top grade 6 certificate only dropping 1 mark on the entre test making it one of the best in the country!

I am a member of “the code of practice for driving schools” which set down guidelines that ALL driving instructors should work by. I am also a “member of the Motor Schools Association” (MSA) and I was one of the first instructors to be registered with the D.S.A to instruct the “Pass Plus” course.
Most of the time I teach people for today’s modern driving test achieving up to 77 passes in one year (the average is only about 22!).

I have also trained P.D.I’s (provisional driving instructors) to pass their part 2 driving test and their part 3 (ability to instruct) test, as well as helping qualified instructors to pass their D.S.A check test allowing them to continue to teach.

My pass rate is always well above the national average pass rate (see pass rates in the main menu) and my pass book is always available for any of my pupils to look at. (Data protection rights apply).
In today’s world with such a high volume of traffic and the ever changing driving test I believe it is essential that parents and students alike should look to learn with a professional, experienced, high grade and long established driving instructor.
